Bethany Walton
Director of Operations
Bethany is our director of operations. She keeps things running from behind the scenes. She is an Arizona native who moved to Tennessee in 2011. She studied at Pima Community College where she earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration. Bethany is a wife and mother of two boys. She enjoys kayaking and going to the dirt track with her husband.
Kaileigh Dunn
Marketing Director
Kaileigh is an Illinois native who moved to Tennessee in 2010. She studied at Illinois State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Kaileigh is a mother of two children. She enjoys festivals, yard sales, and swimming.
Emily Hoot
CTA and CLT
Emily Hoot is a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) and a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) at Carthage Family Chiropractic. She was born in Carthage but her parents were missionaries and moved to the Dominican Republic with Emily and her six brothers and two sisters. She and her family returned to the United States in 2011. Emily has been working for Carthage Family Chiropractic since January of 2019. Emily enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her big family.
Lauren Edde
Chiropractic Therapy Assistant
Lauren is a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) at Carthage Family Chiropractic. She was born and raised in Carthage, TN. She's always had a desire to work in the medical field and help people in anyway she can. She got her CNA in the summer of 2023 and began working on her CTA in the fall of 2023. Lauren enjoys being involved in her church, snowboarding, traveling, running, and shopping.
Charlie Savage
Billings Specialist
Charlie is our billing and insurance specialist. She is from Jackson County, but moved to Carthage in 2014. She studied billing and coding at Bryant and Stratton college and earned her degree in 2024. Charlie is the mother of one boy and two girls that she spends all her time with. If she’s not with her kids you can find her with her nose in a book!
Addie works at our front desk and is also the marketing assistant. She has lived in Smith County her whole life and just finished her sophomore year of high school. Addie loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. She also enjoys playing soccer.
Addie Cripps
Front Desk
Coralynn works at our front desk. She has lived in Smith County most of her life. She is in her senior year of college at Cumberland University to become an elementary school educator. She enjoys going on walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
Coralynn Butler
Front Desk
Lydia grew up in Crossville, TN and went to high school in Smith County. She attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology. She has two dogs, Ophelia and Ollie, that she loves to play with. She enjoys reading, eating delicious food, and going on spontaneous trips.

Gus Cripps
Retired Office President
Gus is a German Shepherd. He is a part of our office staff. His daily schedule includes greeting patients, accepting treats, and taking naps. He loves all patients and children. In 2023 Gus was voted as President of Carthage Family Chiropractic. He served our office well.
Hubble Grove
Chief Happiness Officer
Hubble was born in April 2024 and is a German Shepherd. He is a part of our office staff and enjoys taste testing treats, keeping an eye on our team, and coming to see patients. He is training for therapy work and dog sports. He has already won many medals, he is a true star!
